1. Our services

Betty Zone provides online fitness, mobility and nutrition coaching, delivered through digital programs, video content and remote check-ins with a coach.

Health and safety

Our coaching is general wellness guidance and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant, have an injury or a medical condition. You exercise at your own risk and agree to stop and seek advice if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

Results

Individual results vary and depend on many factors including consistency, sleep, nutrition and health. Member stories on our site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change from time to time; any change will not affect orders already confirmed. When you sign up, we will confirm the details and send a secure payment link. Your contract with us begins once we confirm your order in writing.

3. Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled; annual plans renew every 12 months. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date and you will keep access until the end of the paid period. If you are not happy within the first 14 days of your first paid plan, contact us for a full refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, or submitting false or unlawful information through our forms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and the design of the site — belongs to Betty Zone or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Photographs are used under licence from Unsplash. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betty Zone is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
